EarthGEM accepts Check, Money Order (MO), Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express or Paypal. We do not have a layaway or time payment policy. Shipping, Insurance and Handling EarthGEM ships via the United States Postal Service. EarthGEM charges a basic fee of $6.50 which includes insurance, shipping and handling. Handling charges are the shipping materials and labor involved in carefully packaging your order. All shipments are insured for the full value of the contents. Please allow 5-7 business days for receipt of your order. EarthGEM ships within the continental United States only. Sales Tax Virginia residents are subject to a 5% sales tax. Return Policy Your satisfaction is very important to us. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product purchased from this website, please return it. All items are guaranteed and can be returned within 15 days of receipt in original condition and accompanied by a sales receipt. You will be refunded for cost of the item excluding shipping, handling and insurance costs.
